Tell us about your career history
I started out in retail which gave me valuable insights into customer experiences and led me to work with the In Store Marketing team for a major high street retailer. My career focussed on project managing POS campaigns and then developed to work with multiple national and international brands, fulfilling their print marketing needs, managing press advertisements and offering creative campaign solutions.

Please share a memorable career highlight
Working with brands I’m passionate about has been a consistent highlight for me. I worked closely with a brand that I love who approached me with a project for a leading retailer in the US. They expressed that their decision to work together was based on our brilliant relationship, which was a significant personal achievement. The job was rolled out to New York, then nationally across the US and was communicated as a success story company wide.

What are you most proud of achieving?
Seeing my projects come to life in situ and knowing that my contribution is positively influencing customers is pretty cool. Receiving the same feeling and feedback from the client as a result is the cherry on top. Viewing the tangible efforts of my hard work for the first time was definitely a proud moment.

More recently, joining Framework! Working in a dynamic team where I can gain incredible insight on delivering fantastic digital projects is super exciting.

Where would you like your career to go in the future?
My main goals are to evolve and grow. I am really excited to develop my knowledge in the digital space and learn from my teammates. I would love to engage with creative projects involving brand direction and absorb as much as I can from all the expertise here at Framework. There is always something new to explore and I’m looking forward to seeing where things go.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I studied Anthropology at University so I love learning about different cultures and exploring new places. I travel as much as I can. I have a deep love of all things food so I am on a mission to work my way through my curated list of Nottingham’s restaurants. Working in the city centre is now definitely getting me closer! As well as indulging in food, I also love being in the kitchen, experimenting with flavours and drawing inspiration from my travels. I also enjoy keeping active through, walking, the gym and yoga.

Tell us an interesting fact about you…
At University I found myself in a college wide limbo competition where I triumphed to become the College Limbo champion, a title which followed me for most of my university career! I can often be tempted to come out of retirement at parties or if there is a healthy wager on offer, so if you want to see this in action, you know what to do.
