Tell us a bit about your career history prior to Framework
I’ve become a jack-of-all-trades, really. While my peers were saying goodbye to their parents and heading to brick and mortar universities, I was jamming my foot in the door and landing my first ‘proper job’ in social media marketing for a hospitality company, and getting hands-on experience whilst learning on the fly. I took this and migrated into the world of client management and success, which I’ve now quite the penchant for.
What are some achievements or highlights from your career so far?
Facilitating, administrating and conducting the sale and export of goods to many of the biggest drinks’ businesses in the world. I became the go-to for when you needed someone who understood, and a solid plan of action. Figures and stats are one thing, but the achievement really comes from knowing you’ve left a lasting impression, and are a testament to your clients’ success.
In five years’ time, where would you like to be?
I love problem-solving, being creative and having the knowledge to educate others. Every day is a school day, and being at Framework has really been the best for getting my learning in. Role-wise, I’d say the line is blurred as the world is ever-changing, but if I was able to pave my way into a position that honed all three of those traits, I’d be extremely happy.
Your dream project?
I have always loved food, beverage and hospitality. I’d love to get the chance to work with more restaurants, bars and brands that are driven by providing an experience. It really translates in the way they express themselves and the creative part of me loves how their branding and photography often shapes that.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
My instagram really sums it up: coffee snob, sweet treat connoisseur and trying plant parent. I love all things food and drink, so if i’m not learning something new or going on a solo side-quest, you’ll likely spot me with my friends through a bistro window with beef carpaccio and an Aperol spritz
And finally… have you got a fun fact about yourself?
I’m an ordained minister (Though I don’t refer to myself as Reverend)! Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to use that gift yet, as all my married friends I was maid of honor for!
