For the Netball Super League (NSL), digital transformation wasn’t a buzzword, it was an absolute  necessity. The old website didn’t match the league’s pace, energy, or professionalism. With a rebrand underway, this was the moment to reset.

More than just a website design and rebuild, we aimed to capture what netball feels like. Drawing from global sports leaders, we made athletes the stars, bringing their energy to the forefront. Accessibility, inclusivity, and excitement weren’t just design principles; they were the whole point.

The result? Built on a headless framework, https://nextjs.org/, it’s a digital hub that truly connects – with speed and security. Fans can follow matches, dive into stats, and stay close to the game in real time. We didn’t just build a site that reports on the game. We built one that’s part of it.

Alongside the website, we built a custom Laravel-powered scoring application that updates live scores in real time, not just on the NSL site, but across Sky Sports and BBC Sport too. From match action to data distribution, everything stays perfectly in sync.
