Saragossa

Saragossa works at the intersection of investment, technology and talent – a place where clarity matters as much as speed. Their clients are ambitious investment firms navigating continual change: scaling platforms, modernising systems, and preparing for what comes next. To deliver meaningful progress, these firms need the right people and the right technology in the right configuration, at the right moment. 

However, the brand was no longer expressing the sharpness, depth and confidence with which the business actually operated. The brand language lacked the precision and energy that defines the organisation. The identity didn’t yet communicate the intelligence and pace that clients experience when working with the team. Our task was to define the essence of Saragossa clearly – and then articulate it in a brand identity that could scale.

Strategy

We began by listening. Workshops with leadership and delivery teams, conversations with clients, and a close study of how the organisation makes decisions. What emerged was a business that actively unpicks complexity and re-assembles it into clarity and direction. Saragossa’s value lies in its ability to see what others miss, and to deploy technical solutions that move quickly while remaining thoughtful and precise.

From here, we built the brand story, not as external marketing, but as an internal foundation. A shared narrative that captures how Saragossa thinks, works and leads. This shaped the mission, vision, values, value proposition, and the tone of voice. It also provided the lens through which all future communications would flow: concise, intelligent, assured, and grounded in real expertise rather than noise.

Identity

The identity needed to express focus, clarity and momentum. We refined the logomark to carry more presence and calm confidence. Typography was selected for legibility and nuance – clean, modern, but never cold. The colour palette is restrained and deliberate, balancing authority with optimism. Photography centres the people behind the work, positioning them as bright minds collaborating toward brighter outcomes. Graphic illustration provides a visual language for connection, flow and systems thinking,

The tone of voice is direct, clear and intelligent. It does not overstate. It does not attempt to impress. It communicates with the same ease and clarity the team brings to their client relationships.

The new brand gives Saragossa a clear, confident and modern foundation to grow from. It reflects who they already are: thoughtful, precise, collaborative, while enabling them to show that value instantly to the organisations they support. It creates coherence internally, alignment across teams, and a recognisable presence in a sector where trust, reputation and clarity matter deeply.

Saragossa now moves forward with a brand that can carry the ambition of the business: intelligent, grounded, and built to evolve with the industry it shapes.
