Best places for coffee and lunch near Nottingham train station

200 Degrees
Starting life as a garage enterprise and founded in 2012 by Tom Vincent and Rob Darby, the company has truly gone from strength to strength.
Known for its expertly roasted coffee and a cozy atmosphere.
It’s a great spot for breakfast or a light lunch, offering lovely deli-style sandwiches, salads, soups, and a selection of cakes and treats.
Where does the name come from?
Their beans have a slightly lower roast temperature than normal – 200 degrees centigrade yields its smoother, deeper taste.
Then, they serve coffee at around 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hopkinson
Hopkinson is a one-of-a-kind independent concept store, combining an art space, barbers and antique shop with a cosy bar and coffee house.
Known for its creative community and quirky decor, the vintage shop come cafe welcomes customers from all walks of life to try their speciality cakes, international drinks and visiting street food truck.
Where does the name come from?
For years, it operated as a hardware store under the same name.
Location
Our nearest Hopkinson is located on Station Street, right next to the train station and tram stop. They also have a Vintage Antiques and Art Centre in Nottingham’s creative corner, Cobden Chambers.
Bombay Delicatessen
The Bombay Deli is another well-loved Nottingham favourite offering sensational Punjabi cuisine.
The family-owned brand has been around since 1995, and recently opened its flagship restaurant and takeaway on Canal Street, Nottingham.
All we can say is samosas, samosas, samosas! They start at £1 and pack a real punch of authentic flavours. It’s all good.
