About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team and drive client success across digital and brand projects. You’ll act as a crucial bridge between clients, creative teams, and strategy and development colleagues, ensuring smooth project delivery, fostering strong relationships, and championing digital excellence.
Key Responsibilties
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Lead project planning and execution, coordinating with design, strategy, development, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Define and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables—maintaining clarity and consistency throughout.
- Translate client goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic objectives.
- Conduct kickoff, status, and review meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure transparent communication and accountability.
- Identify upsell opportunities—such as new digital initiatives or enhancements—and present value-driven proposals to clients.
- Mitigate risks proactively and troubleshoot challenges with agility and composure.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet (or exceed) quality standards.Monitor performance metrics, gather client feedback, and report on success indicators.
- Stay current with digital marketing and agency best practices to advise clients effectively and inform strategic direction.
Who You Are
You have 3+ years’ experience in a digital account or client management at an agency or digital-led environment.
- Strong understanding of digital channels (websites, social, email marketing, etc.) and the digital delivery process.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organisation under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with clients at all levels.
- Sharp organisational and time management capabilities, detail-oriented yet strategic.
- Experience working effectively with creative, strategic, and technical teams.
- A proactive, positive mindset, solution-focused and collaborative.
- Experience with relevant digital project management tools (e.g. Zoho, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Bonus: Experience with pricing models, scope management, and basic understanding of financials (budgets, margins, forecasting).
