The Framework Design is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join its busy client services team. Ideally, you will have digital agency experience together with a good understanding of working in a creative environment.
Key Requirements
- A Level or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience of working within a creative / production environment.
- Office based role – this is not a remote working position.
- Energy and eagerness to learn.
- An excellent communicator both face to face and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Jira and Trello or similar project management tools.
- Highly organised and ability to multitask.
About the role
- You will be part of the Project Management team directly supporting one of our Account Managers.
- Involvement in building and maintaining close client relationships – attending meetings, assisting with writing briefs and meeting follow up notes.
- Responsible for developing and creating briefing documents and overseeing the completion of work.
- Writing briefs for our design and development teams into their Jira work tickets.
- Using your knowledge and skills, proactively contribute to the growth of client accounts by suggesting strategic and innovative ideas alongside the account lead.
- Managing the detail of delivery of client work to deadlines and budgets.
- Liaising with internal production teams to make sure all client work is scheduled, inline with agency procedures.
- Responsible for population of completed websites, getting them ready for going live.
- Involvement in project, status and review meetings.
- Keeping retainer Trello boards up to date with jobs to do / completed and time taken.
- Administration of purchase orders and invoices.
