Tell us a bit about your career history

I owned a photography studio for 6 years, which was hired out as a creative space for other photographers, creators and artists. I was also a photographer for 10 years, mainly working from the studio but I got to travel to exciting places every now and again for the bigger projects.

Share a memorable career highlight

I think photographing LeMans 24 hour from a helicopter during sunset for their aerial shots was a highlight, although there is a less glamourous side to that story that I would rather not share!

What are you most proud of achieving?

Taking the leap to set up my own business and build a photography studio from nothing during my second year of university. It was a tough time, but I learnt so much about business and myself in those years.

Where would you like your career to go in the future?

I did not enjoy working by myself for so many years so being apart of the creative team at Framework Design is a real pleasure. I have already changed my career direction from photography to marketing, so I am happy to see where this industry takes me next.

What do you like to do I your spare time?

Spending time with my kids and dog is a given, they’re all growing up so fast! But I also enjoy upcycling mid century furniture; it’s nice to have little projects to escape into some times.
